Terms and conditions

By placing an order on rangify.store you agree to the terms below. These terms are deliberately short and plain so there are no surprises.

1. Who we are

Rangify is a Pakistani clothing label selling unstitched embroidered women's clothes. All sales are concluded in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) and governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices on the site are inclusive of any taxes.
• Stock is live. If a piece sells out between you adding it to cart and placing the order, we will contact you to swap it or refund the amount.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery address is incomplete or the parcel is undeliverable after two attempts.

3. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We do not accept online card or wallet payments at this time.
• Please have the exact amount ready. Keep the courier receipt for your records.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers (TCS, Leopards, M&P or similar) across Pakistan.
• Standard delivery is Rs. 250 per order.
• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 9,000.
• Expected delivery is up to 15 working days from order placement. Most orders arrive sooner.
• Rangify is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, protests, or public holidays.

5. Returns and refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once the parcel has been dispatched.
• The only exception is if the courier delivered the wrong item or a manufacturing defect is visible on arrival. In that case message us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and the courier bag. We will arrange a free replacement at our cost.
• Unstitched fabric that has been cut, washed or stitched cannot be returned under any circumstance.

6. Colours and fabric

Monitor colours vary slightly from printed fabric. Lots are matched as closely as possible but minor shade variation between the swatch on screen and the fabric in hand is not a defect.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, product photographs, copy, and the Rangify name and swatch logo are the property of Rangify. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed.

8. Account security

If you create an account, keep your password private. We will never ask for it over phone, email or WhatsApp.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when policies change. The current version is always the one shown on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
